Ever been hit by a co-worker? As in abused and your boss wont do nothing

Has anyone ever abused you as in a punch, slap, or worse, when you were at your so called (Safe Job)?

I am a nurse and the patients do this the whole time but unfortantly we just have to put up with it as it is part of the job
