Can you feel asleep if you are in bad mood or mad at someone?

Like you had a fight with your fiance or your families,you are mad with each other or something else makes you angry,could you feel asleep until your anger faded or things been resolved? Usually I could but sometimes I could't because I feel a stone in my heart which will not fall down.I can not stop thinking why it happened and what I should do to make it right.what's your situation? Have a nice day

Before the question was settled,I couldn't.I would think why that happened all the time and wanted to work it out.After it was solved,I would be very happy.Then I could sleep well.

if i'm really tired then probably yes. but on normal circumstances i'd probably have a hard time falling asleep if i am in a bad mood or mad at someone. i won't feel at ease, like i wanna resolve the matter asap. it will bug me until i do.

Oh, I must have insomnia in bad mood! Like the finance crisis of this time, the state of our company is getting worse and worse, and I am still worried about that the company will go bankrupt, so I can not sleep well.

i will always be so worked up and continuously think about what would happen if i do this or that or whether i should even bother to fight with said person. that said, i'm usually too sleepy by the time we finished fighting that i fall asleep within ten minutes. however, my head will be whirling with thoughts and i'll brood the next day. sigh.

It depends on the situation. Usually, I can sleep if there are alot of problems. It is like saying, wait, I need rest. Something like that. It is one way to relax the mind.

Ah that's a very good topic. Normally if I have a fight with someone, I find it hard to fall asleep because I keep on thinking what else could I have said to that particular person. If I talk to the person before going to sleep, I will feel a lot better though.
