what is the best PTC( Bux .To, or Neo Bux ) please give me comments of that two ptc sites..

Buxto is already a scam but neobux is still legit and paying instantly via lertpay or paypal accounts...Neobux is reall a good site to invest your money and your time...I've been paid by neobux and I have the proofs on my blog.

bux.to seems to be a scam as they have not paid many members so far. I don't know about neo bux though.

I am not a member of bux.to other says that bux.to is scam, but other also say that it is not scam, I dont know about that site, but neo bux is a legit and true paying site,
