ipl quiz - answer the quiz and get ................... nothing

hi friends.i didnt spend much time analysing about the current IPl situation .yesterday i did check on IPL and got some questions for u.
1.IPL is about MONEY or CRICKET?
no neutral here.either this or that.
2.will the IPL lose money if they host it in england or south africa instead of india?i dont think so.
3.lalit modi had said THE INDIAN FANS WONT MISS WATCHING IPL AS 99% OF THEM WATCH IT ON TV.
if thats the case,why not host matches in america?nobody will come to watch cricket there but u still can telecast it .
or even better,why dont they host it without any spectator on the ground?
4.this IPL league is making millions and millions but where those millions and millions are going?
got a lot more but i will stop here.

2) They would not make as much as in India, but they would not make anything of it was cancelled + franchise owners would be very unhappy.
3) Good point, but they want to make money so no way they are going to do that.
4) Latil Modi and the other administrators ...+ some for a good public image like development of cricket etc..

agree but there is one tiny problem.the ipl will make more money than they did in india.reason:accomodation and travel costs very less in south africa than india .u can buy a ticket for even 100 rupees to watch the match in the stadium in india but it will take about a minimum of 25 to 50 dollars which is about 2000 rupees.so they r gaining more this year and if u had newspaper,every franchise were very happy that IPL is going well.they dont care if they play it in india or pakistan or england or even bermuda.they want the tournament and the money it gets them.thanks for letting me share this piece of news with u.happy lotting

good points. But they will also have to pay the SA board some commission and also for the grounds. People working at grounds in SA would have a higher salary than in India. I dont really know the profits and cost of organizing a tounament like IPL. So they might make a similar profit to last year... may be up or down, but I dont think by much. thats in my opinion, feel free to share what u think...
