Here is some Loyalty Versus Practicality Test. Would you work for a company that offers you a good working relationship with co workers, happy atmosphere, where pressures are becoming challenge and all deliverables is becoming goals achieve YET with big financial stability risk (financially unstable)? OR Would you rather work on a stiffed company bound with rules and politics YET with good financial standing? Opinion anyone?

That would really depend on the profile of the person. If that person is stable and would not actually consider that job a major contributor for finances, he may opt to go for the challenge. For those people who do not have enough resources, they would probably look for a job which would pay them. But I guess a challenging job is more appealing for single persons and those who are young. These are the people who do not look for stability yet. They just wanna enjoy what they are doing. I hope this one helps. Thanks
