How many different rating certificas you should get during your college time?

In my country,most of college students will participate different tests for acquiring of various rating certificates.For instance,CET-4 short for College English Test-4 level,CET-6,a rating certificate for Putonghua ,and National Computer Rank Examination,Teacher Competency Certificate and Driving License and so on.
How is the situation in your country ?

Not sure about your system, so do not know how to compare with my situation. As far as I know, there is no certificate for computing proficiency in my country. Driving license should be the same as the British system, that is theory and practical. Not from teacher institute, not sure about that. Don't know what is CET-4 and CET-6, so can't comment.
