Have you had the flu yet?

I had hoped I'd escaped the flu season. But maybe not.
My partner has been sick for over a week and I'm feeling unwell but not quite "sick." I'm doing my best to fight it off.
Today all I want to do is lie down, so I've rested a lot. But am feeling inadequate to be much of a caretaker for my partner. Thankfully they have been to the doctor and have antibiotics and is feeling some better.
So what about you and yours? Have you make it through untouched?

I have only had the flu once in my life and that is back when I was really young. My brother and sister and I all had it together. What fun. The only ailment I usually catch is a cold or two and the stomach flu, but never the flu flu. Hope you fell better soon.

I am so blessed as I have not had a cold or the flu since I started living a healthier lifestyle 3 years ago.

I haven't had the flu for YEARS!!! I actually rarely get sick any more. I don't get the flu shot either, I'm totally against that. I think I'm avioding it by a combination of things - healthy diet, exercise, good suppliments.

So sorry to hear that. Fortunately, I had the flu shot in advance. That really helped. I have not had flu this season at all.

I haven't been feeling well, since Saturday. I've been feeling a lot more tired, I'm a a little congested, muscles constantly aching, not to mention that I simply feel like lying down. The funny thing is that I'm the only one I know who is actually sick.

I have had the flu shot, and I have been healthy. Hubby has been healthy, but I do not remember if he had a flu shot. Mine was free from work. His was not, if he got one. I work around a lot of people who get ill easily.
