How can you support your parents?

What do you think is the best way to support your parents? Not money wise but emotional and such. Both my parents are having a difficult time right now. They are divorced so it is even harder to be there for both of them. I live thousands of miles away and just don't know what the best way to show them that I am here for them. Any suggestions?

Well..I understand and sympathize with your situation...even I live a long way away from my parents but I keep in mind to call them up every alternate day to catch up and make sure they are fine..Since they just got a divorce may be you can make it a point to call them up at least once a day and catch up..Also another suggestion would be to call up relatives who live near them and have them drop over once a while to chat with them. Send each of them a hand written letter letting them know how much you still love them no matter what..Hope it helps..and good luck
