i always try to avoid that feeling because it really just brings trouble.. but sometimes, you just feel that you cant handle it anymore.. all you're left to do is to cry and start shouting.. what's that thing that makes you lose yourself because of anger??

i get mad whenever people promise me things but then they forget about it. i hate it when people assure you of so many things and you end up expecting for nothing actually. it makes me really mad and i don't even want to talk to those who do that to me. i'm not sure if i'm really mad or i'm just too sad that it makes me mad. lol.
