Strangest item you have seen for sale on Ebay?

A while ago I was looking around on Ebay and I ran into an add. A guy was auctioning himself. He had a whole listing of items that would go with him like a car and tv and on and on. I was wondering what other silly funny or crazy things have people tried to sell.
