Car Dealers

I went to the Jeep dealer today to take my jeep for an alignment they were supposed to do 2 weeks ago when they inspected & fixed my jeep, but they didnt have time that day. So i made another appointment to go back up there which was very inconvenient to me. My husband drove there seperately because we knew that it would at least take an hour. Well when i got there the guy asked me if i could pick it up at the end of the day! I told him no way i dont have all day & i dont live close to there. I had a dr appt today so i didnt have a whole day to waste. Who does anyway! So then he told me to come back in 2 hours & he would definatly have it done. So we went to eat & ran to the store to kill time. After the 2 hours were up, i got back & my jeep never moved!! I went in there & complained & said they should have made time to do it when my husband was there for the inspection 2 weeks ago. So in the end they screwed us over twice, because i was not staying there another minute. So i drove a half hour to get there for nothing! Now i have to go somewhere to get my car aligned. This was Tri Star motors by they way. Which i will never go there again for anything!!! Has anyone ever had horrible service like this??? What did you do about it?

I know how you feel. I went to the dealership for something real small that would only take a minute. They wasn't even busy. They were just standing around. I asked them how long it would take to check it. They said i would have to leave it all day. I was like what. I have work part time. I have to pick my son up. I have to much to do that i need my car with. So i asked if there was no way he could get it done in a hour. He said there would be a ninety dollar inconvenience fee. That was bull from the start. So i never went there anymore. I could get a local mechanic to do what he should of done. My mechanic looks at stuff like that for free.
