I think, Sometimes we love someone but we don,t show that just coz of hasitation but our love always get increase inside of heart....that is a nice feeling but it can be dangerous. So if you love someone you should to tell her/him

I think that telling them that you love them is very important but showing them that you love them is way more important. I LOVE YOU is easy to say but the feelings need to show to the person. If you love someone, let them know it by all means.

I feel by all means you should tell someone you love them, if you do. I think that partners truly do like hearing it, and they like being shown how much they are loved. It may be helping them out, leaving them a note, or doing something nice for them. I do think though that as you said love can become an obsession when we become co-dependent on the other person to feel good about ourselves.
