How U Will Sleep In Night?

Hi Friends, How you will sleep in nights lighting the lights in your room or by switching off lights in your room... For me there should complusoryly songs and lights to be there in my room otherwise i not able to sleep..... Wat abot you.. Regards RK

hi sevakudu, i prefer to sleep with lights off. but its ok for me if bed bulb is there. my husband dont like bed bulb also and offs that also. as he tells that we can see the outside street lights and its enough to get its lights in . its impossible for me to sleep if lights are on.

Hi, sevakuduuuuu. One time, I would sleep with ear phones on my ear. Now, I just sleep with the main lights off. I will keep my night light on. And I can see the light from the outside window glaring in.

The only lights in the bedroom are the ones from the alarm clocks (my husband and I each have our own alarm clocks). Also we have a sound machine and each night we listen to either the ocean, the rain or thunder.
