Hi everybody, as the exams are approaching, we all would have had and has some exam fear and tension and of course fever too especially if it is a board exam like tenth or twelfth standard. Even I had a tension in those days. Is there any tips for the students to prepare physically and mentally before they appear for such exams? It will be a good guidance for such students.

well i think the tips i will give wont be so fruitful for some..well i usually start studying 1 week b4 exams..i dont know why but that seems to be most suitable for me and i have always scored good grades..So I am happy with my style of studying. U can give it a try u know..jus study for all your exams just 1 week b4 and then check the results. It does work out for some and it has for me as well...

I always revise some answer that i feel important.i only go through the tips and some points the day before the exam.Dont try to study a new topic it gives stress and tension.moreover relax and feel free at the time of exam.this is what i followed and in my case it worked.
