food link to adhd

i just heard there are foods that ar linked to adha , anything with yellow dies and they said that bq sause mac n cheese , pop , candy, anything with coloring dies , so in away they are saying that a lot of foods can give you adhd and some cancers , this is crazy has anyone else heard of this.
