Posers!!!!

Nobody's ever grabbed my photo and pretended they were me for the simple reason, I don't show them a lot online, but I have found somebody out on here using somebody else's photo. I can't understand them. Why do they do it? This person isn't shy about the way they look or anything, but had to portray themself as somebody else here. I just can't fathom that! That happens a lot in Friendster. Not only that they duplicate your photos, they would also copy some information then make it as their own. Sometimes they would copy your photos then they will add some daring photos too without showing the face so it will appear that it's yours.

i hate posers..they steal people's identities, and sometimes posers use the information to steal from other people. they are invading privacies of people..some of posers uses the photos to destroy people's lives...

Hey there hershiez. Posers in general are an annoying group of people, and in one form or another I think everyone became a poser at least once. By simple definition a poser is someone who tries to fit into a profile they aren't, and the primary reason for doing so is to impress others. For instance I once applied for a job I have no knowledge of doing, so I pretended or "posed" to be knowledgeable and capable of doing the job. Somehow it worked and I was offered the job, but in the end I had to turn it down coz the responsibilities associated with it is way beyond me. Someone copying your photo is the least of your worries, watch out for guys hitting on you, coz most of them would likely be posers. Cheers!

I agree with the others, I hate posers and I never use someone else's picture. I just use an avatar or another picture when I don;t want to use my photo. If you don't want to put a picture of yourself just put some other avatar and not steal someone else's identity and con people with it.

first of all, with my personality, they'd know i don't appreciate things like that. second, even if they do that and i find it offensive it's nothing. they are just people who are trying to find fun.

Thats really annoying... They envy you thats why and they can't accept the reality of how they look like

Never came across such a thing ever before in my life. Just can't understand, why would someone want to pose as if it were me to others? I am not bothered, since I am not a millioanaire,and nobody is even interested in me.
