What is this movie about two young boys?

I remember seeing it on the hallmark channel a couple of times.It was made around 2001+ i imagine.There were two young boys about 11 years old and they met each other and realized they were twins. One of them was living with his father so the boy hides his brother in his room and they both pretend to be the same person for a while. Whats the name of it again?
