Do you get cold often

I get this awful allergic rhinits very often, all of a sudden i start sneezing and i go really mad, my head becomes heavy, my eyes water, i feel real sick
antihistamines just dont cure they give temp relief
any good home remedies
please share it

no, not really. as i notice to myself, i only get cold and got ill whenever i push myself too much like working so hard, not being able to rest well. that's all.
right now, all that is troubling me is my nose, i seem to sneeze most of the time. hachoooo! hahaha

Hi,
U r susceptible to Allergy.Try to find out the allergens causing U sick.Either avoid/drive those away.How?4 Simple tips:-
#Follow a regular cleaning-schedule of Ur house/office.
#Encasing Ur bed /sofa with dust mite-proof materials.
#Ur Kitchen,bathrooms should beFree of cockroach/insects etc.
#Donot clean Urself,involve family/friend/agent.
Now,when U r Down:-
*1 glass very warm water,add 1/4th TSF salt.Gargle.3-4 times/day.
*Increase Fluids.Tea(green),Juice,water,soups etc.
*Eat normal,choose well balanced foods.
*Take4-5 Basil leaves(tulsi),crush,add with 1 tsf honey.take 2-3 times.
*Take i clove &i piece of ginger,keep in Ur mouth & suck.Through out day(5-6 times).
*While sleeping take an additional pillow, below head.
*if fever,take 500 mg paracetamol tab.
