What is the shortest period of time you have stayed in a job?

Hi, ionsquare. The shortest time that I have stayed on a job was two weeks. And the longest time was about six months. I don't have to worry about a job not looking good on my resume. I don't give out my resume since, I work from home. The jobs that I do, never require a resume. I had to leave my jobs because I got sick and tired of being bossed around. I was unfairly mistreated by my bosses. They did not appreciate a good worker as I was.

I don't know if this really qualifies or not. When I graduated high school, I started bagging at a Wal-Mart type store that had just opened where a guy I knew had been working with them getting ready for the opening and he was a cashier. Within two days I knew the prices better than him and they wanted me to stay on but I quit after about a week or so because I was starting to college that Summer and wasn't sure if I would have the time to work the hours they wanted. So the shortest would be around a couple of weeks.

hi ionsquare..i guess its three months!!that was when i was hired in another company !! the reason was a higher salary rate compare to the previous one...and you what..i really regret for the move...since i feel sorry for my employer during that time since i am the only one she can depend on and yet she cant give me any raise at all..well its all water under the bridge now..

the shortest time i have stayed on a job was for only 2 weeks only. i was really happy with my job . i thought i had the right job and that i would love. i was wrong. i just don't know why things happened differently from what i expected and why it was a wrong job for me though i feel that it fitted me. it was just like nothing was going right . and every thing was falling into wrong places. and that i needed to get out of the job immediately as i can.
