photobucket bandwidth exceeded

hi mylotters i need some advice! why i see photobucket eceeded in my blog but i don't have an account. check my blog.
please help!!!

You're getting the bandwidth exceeded message from Photobucket because you're hotlinking someone else's image, which is hosted by Photobucket.
The only way you're going to be able to get around that problem is by uploading that image to your own web hosting and changing the source of the background image to the image you're hosting. I think you should be able to upload it to Blogger's albums and link from it there with no problems.
