Do you believe? Examination paper with tips on the back

I read in a newspaper that in a famous french university students can take for reference of the tips on the back when taking the examination. No one would copy the references, but they help to give the basic information or data to start with the examination. A good way to releave the scare, isn't it?

HI Zhu,
That's a great news for the students. But studnts who are capable to use this can be more benifited by this than those still don't understand what the hint is called because they just know copying is the best policy..
