Any easy way to get rid of acne???

Applying a hot water cotton swab and immediately a cold (Chilled) water cotton swab on acen i.e. Hot-Cold treatment is an approach to reduce acne (may be due to sudden change in temperature destroy spores and bactera present in acne).
Do you know any simple, household, easy remidy to get rid of acne???^~^

I think you have a point there considering that cold thus constricts the skin. But of course some of this are caused by dust and food that we eat. So perhaps we should also consider the food that we eat. Maybe less intake of those with oil and perhaps avoid exposure to dust.
