ChaCha search? I think not!

I have worked as a guide for ChaCha seach since June, and things have been tough all along. After two months, pay was cut from $.20 a question to $.10. Then, QC used a harsh rating system that left many guides angry. Then, today, I recieved an email that my account has been temporarily deactivated, without any specific reason.
I think I've had all I can take.
