Do you believe in fast during navratra's..................

i keep fast all the navratra's. do you also believe this. these days are very holy for me. on these days i do the worship of maa Durga.

Yes I do fast in all days of Navaratra...These days are more than being a festival for me...and fasting has lots of positives which is hard to get in this fast life....

well, yes, I do..they are holy for me too.. more so they instill control on food..one stops eating extra food too..this leads to control over 'over-eating' which most of us have.. happy navrathra.. happy mylotting..
