What is the other version in cooking Pork Adobo?

Just curious, if anybody here has other version in cooking the Pork Adobo. My mother usually just cooked the pork with soysauce and vinegar.. anybody could share please you own version?

Adobo is usually cooked that way. Soysauce and vinegar is a must. Then what you add in it makes it your own. I usually boil my adobo with lotsa garlic, whole pepper, 1-2 pieces of siling labuyo( coz we want it hot!) and a few pieces of bay leaves. When the sauce is almost dry and thick in consistency, I take the pork out and fry it. Then I add boiled eggs, fried potatoes and top it with the thick sauce. Happy Mylotting!
