Do you have a hero / heroine?

With all the movies lately of comic books and their heros / heroines, I was thinking of true heros / heroines... Do you have any in your life? In a work related sense I have always thought my best friend to be a personal heroine. She always stands up for what she believes and never allows anyone to belittle her in her presence. In a family sense I have always thought of my mother to be my heroine. It just seems like she can do everything flawlessly and I try every day to be more like her. Who do you consider your hero? heroine?
