how to use and and where is it i want to add my blog and site in google with the help of SEO but no idea how to do it pls help about it i am very destrub with this issue waiting for reply

SEO means Search Engine Optimization. Basically, it is about relevance and keywords. Whatever your site is related to, you need the main keywords in the title of your web page, the description and any content on it. If these three components match, it will make it easier for your site to be indexed in search engines and therefore, in theory, should get you more targeted traffic.

You need to use targeted keywords for your blog in the title, subtitles, throughout content, in links etc. This help search engine spiders find you.
