Due to acute shortage of residential space in the big cities,it is not advisible to have single or two storied buildings. In order to meet the growing demand of residential accommodation, it is better to permit 3 or 4 storeyed buildings, so that the city can grow vertically as far as residential place is concerned. The authorities should provide some concessions to the multistoryed building and provide all the amenities to encourage vertical grwoth.

yes i agree with you and that is what my country is doing also. Most residential building are build of about 12th or even reaching 20 storey high and only those upper classes could live in single or double storey houses as land in my country is scarce and thus very expensive

Single Story. My son is in a wheelchair, so it would be more accessible. We live in double story.
