When my wife and I got Our cell phone we had The land line disconnected. I did not see the reason for having Both of them. when you have a cell phone you can be reached at all times so what is the point in having a land line also? do you have both or just the cell phone?

My cellphone is my primary source of communication since we don't have a house phone. Each of my family members has a cellphone so we communicate through that.

My girl friend & I use our cell phones only... I do have landline for 3 reasons... I have 10 year old daughter & she gives out landline phone number out to her friends... Also, I have DSL at home... They told me I had to have landline to get DSL service... I also give out my home number to all the telemarketers... sometimes when I get home, I have 35 - 50 messages on answering machine & they're ALL from telemarketers... My daughter knows not to answer the house phone if she doesn't recognize the number on caller id...

No, I only have my cellphone as my main number. Yeah, there's no point in having a cellphone and landline at the same time. Cause if you're just staying at home, you can just have the landline, but if you go out a lot especially when your job requires you to, cellphone is definitely the best thing to have. =)

Hello, No I hardly even use my cell phone, so I don't really communicate with it that much. I actually think I use my computer and the Internet for communication, I am on my computer every single day. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

We actually have a landline & a cell phone, but i am debating on getting rid of the land line because it really isnt necessary. I use my cell phone for everything. I am wasting almost $40 a month on a phone we barely use.
