How many percent of how brain do we actually use? / myLot

I saw on a documentary that humans do not use up to 2% of their brain capacity especially when u are one sided that i.e just right handed or left handed, those who are both sided i.e both left and right hands use up more percent..what do u think?

I am a left-hand person, but I can use both my hands, such as playing badminton and pingpong. When I was young, I can only usse left hand, and do everything with left hand. Later I learned to do something just with right hand, such as writing.

I have heard it is less than 10%. I can use both my hands. I really use my left hand the most even though I am right handed. My left arm was the strongest until I tore my rotary cuff in the left shoulder. I guess I over worked my left shoulder, LOL!!!!
