Do revolution traffic pay?

I just have joined a traffic exchange named Revolution Traffic..It has good bonuses for surfing a specific amount of sites..I want to know that is this site Legit??Please help me..

RT is a matrix and a traffic exchange. You do have to pay for upgrade member and pay monthly. I don't loke it because of the monthly payment. I prefer matrix with one time payment only.
