Any Anti-virus recomendations?

We've been using a free version of AVG however in 2 weeks they will no longer be giving out updates. I was hoping someone could recommend an anti-virus that is inexpensive and still does the job? As I can't afford to run out and drop $50+ for each pc right now.

I didn't know this. I have the free version also, so I guess I'll have to get another program. Its getting to be harder and harder to find anything free nowadays.

i would recommend AVIRA Antivir.. it is good antivirus ,it doesnt comsume much of system resource and best of all its also available for free ..

I will recommend you to try Comodo Internet Security.It is an antivirus software plus a firewall!!It does not load many things ,so your system does not crowling.It is easy to handle with.You can find it on web if you do a good search...

i use Kaspersky internet security 2009 its the best PC security 4 me,. you can download the installer and key files in 9down.com
