I think a well balanced diet and eating at fixed regular intervals is the best way to be healthy and fit. We in our house follow a regular fixed schedule of taking our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Banana also adds as a good instant energy supplier in our diet. What do you think about this?

I keep trying to have a healthy diet but it never works out. I keep eating chocolate and all the fat stuff like fried chips and sausages etc and then maybe I would have like 2 apples or so which is clearly not a healthy balanced diet which gets on my nerves as if you think about it. You would think it's easy but it's not as your stomach keeps telling you to have some of this and that and you just have to try and say no which is hard as I am addicted to chewing bubble gum and eaing junk food lol. I am coping in there though as I am to lose some weight.

To be healthy we have to sacrifice some things. Isn't it? It is very difficult in the beginning, but in the later course, you get used to it and following a balanced diet will certainly give you good results.
