OK has anyone else ever had there puppy dog throw up and their vomit have these spaghetti like white colored worms in it? My almost 6 month old Balck Lab Harley threw up and it had these worms in it. I keep him totally current on all his shots and worm medication, and even just started him on heat worm prevention and flea and tick prevention. My vet said he was healthy and even though he was just wormed a month ago that these are just roundworms and gave me some medication to treat them. It still freaked me out and I have owned dogs all my life. I have seen these worms in their stool but not in their vomit. Has anyone else ever experience this before?

My old dog did that when I first found him. It is very nasty, for sure. The medicine got rid of them right away though. I was reading about them after that, I guess the roundworms are also called ascarids, and other animals like horses get them too.
