how to put on weight

Everyone please help me. i'm suffering weight problem because i'm too slim. i'm always trying hard to eat much,but just no weight is gained and also i'm trying to excersise a lot to put on weight, but it still doesnot work.when i try to search for information about how to gain weight, nothing is listed but about how to lose weight. being slim bring me so many problems, one of the big problems is that it is so hard for me to buy my size clothes, which bother me so much. guys, please give me some suggestions.

Stop exercising and start eating chocolates you will get the result in days

eat snacks all day long? stay away from healthy foods? eat lots of potatoes? go to Macdonald's and have a large double cheese burger set? go to burger king and have a large whooper set? got to kfc and ask for an entire barrel of chicken? eat after 8pm. Drink lots of carbonated drinks.

Wow, good for you. For most of us, our concern is loosing weight. But you, it's gaining those pounds. Well, I wouldn't say eat a lot because that wouldn't help you a lot especially if you have a fast metabolism. I would suggest that you look at what you are eating. You have to load on carbs and proteins. Then of course, exercise. Contrary to popular belief, exercsing is not only for you to loose weight. You actually need it if you want to gain some pounds. This way, the pounds that you gain would be aligned to your body composition.
