I've read from a news in the internet a few days ago, that Japan is feeling the crunch of economic crisis, and as reported by their own consumer watched group, japanese now buys China, and other country like US and Canada made appliances and electronics, where before they only buy locally made brand, because they believed that theirs are more superior in quality compared to those made abroad, but now they just buy appliances that are cheaper but offered same quality as the expensive brand, they now go with the basic, like in washing machine,as long as it give the same quality in washing clothes, they don't care of the added factors like germ killing etc, given by the expensive brand. Even in computers, laptops and other electronic products. It seems every country is experiencing the economic depression. What do you think?

The crisis is huge and everybody is hurt and if you are developed country it hurts more and if you are developing you will be next on list. So this is a global phenomenon and there is no need to point out only Japanese.Situation is much worse in some developed countries. One of my friend living in a developed country said that people are selling every thing to get their bread and butter on day to day basis.I saw a person selling his used tooth brush to get some money on ebay in one of the developed country.
