Do you walk under ladders, say a saying when you see a magpie (bird)
In England it is unlucky to walk under ladders and if you see a magpie which is a black and white bird you salute it. If you see one it is for Sorrow, 2 for Joy 3 birth of a girl 4 a boy 5 silver 6 gold 7 a secret never to be told.
I never cross anyone on the stairs as it is bad luck so someone has to go back. What superstitions do you have?

Ha Ha .. even I've heard lots about such things. But I'm not carried away by this.
You know what, in our country when you are stepping out of the house and if a cat crosses you, they consider this to be a bad sigh and generally people postpone their program. And many more like this. When you are planning to go out and you dress or a hand bagh is caught in any of the rods are being pulled by some object, they ask you to drink some water before proceeding.
