Customer service, how satisfied are you?

The call center industry today is way a lot better that it was the past 5yrs, it is one of the biggest venue where customer service is the blood that keeps the business going. Though, the food industry is still the Number 1 customer service affair venue, it is more likely of the weighing scale of CSAT or customer satisfaction. So, how satisfied are you with the service you get from the establishment you've been to today?

Some with great service and sincere attitude for my business. Some really make me mad, and I won't never want to go back to them ever again. We are the customers, and we deserve much better than that. Don't you think so?
