At work, if you see both of your co - workers in a fierce argument, would you try to stop them voluntarily? Or you rather call your supervisor to stop them? Or you just stand there watch the show?

It depends on the subject of the argument. If I have a fair amount of expertise in the topic, I'll use my stealthy-Ninja conversation technique to butt in at the perfect time without making the situation worse.
If don't know the full story, I'll avoid taking sides mind my own business.
