Yes, I do. I have been losing weight. Due to the fact that I am inlove for the last time in my life. It keeps my thoughts going and I forget or am just not interested. It is really a great idea for dieters! Hee hee. I should write a book on the subject. I am exercising so my toes are right there and I can see them. Cool.
