TALENT VS EXPERIENCE what is your choice?

when you go to a job,but it requires min.experience inspite you are a fresher,but you are talented? this what happens many times among ourselves? what is your opinion abt talent vs experience

experience! but the problem is that a lot of companies are looking for paper qualifications/talents instead of experience. I always like to employ people with experience. less training needed and they can do the job well!

i agree totally...better to have someone who knows what hes doin...than someone who says he knows what hes doin.

talent counts most but you have to prove it hence experience takes advantage over talent as it is written on paper.ANd with experience you do know how things work whether you are talented or not.
