What happened to my dog?

Two weeks ago she was fine, playful and happy. Then suddenly she became very weak, she refused to eat nor drink, and she just lay on the floor shivering. Then she defecated a black, smelly liquid. A few days later she died.
What happened to her? Her doctors couldn't even tell what it is.

How old was she? Was she vacunated? She may have gotten Parvovirosis.
