how to remove the pcifier of my 2 yesar old kid?

I stopped giving my kid pacifier when he was 1 year... The older the kid grows the tougher it becomes.. Firstly i stopped giving him at day time, that's when i am around, and gave him only when he needed to sleep. And slowly i used to play with him, till he got so tired that when i took him in my arms , he slept instantaneously.. So , sleep time pacifier also gone. Also one advantage i had , that during that time only we changed our house, so in all that change , he did forget his pacifier easily..

hello, most kids will grow out of the pcifier. if not try dipping it in something ur son dont like. mom used to put hot sause on my brothers cause he still use the pcifer when he was 3 years old.

hi there! i have a kid who used pacifier for almost 2 years. but she stopped when she had an lbm. the pedia said that the pacifier might be one of the cause of the lbm so i really throw it in the garbage. so she don't have a choice but to live without a pacifier. besides 2 years old can understand already so try to explain to him that he is a big boy now and he should stop using it because it is only for babies
