Which type of cows give more milk?

Okay away with the joke.
Well Jerseys are quite known as good milking cows, thier milk tends to be a bit fat though so it depends on what sort of production you are planning on. Some farmers also mix the breeds a bit to increase the positive traits of both breeds in the same cow. Amount of milk compared to amount of fat... or amount of milk compared to the needs of the cow, if it still produces alot of quality milk on scarse food.

see, that's what I was wondering, why would someone in India, even a Christian there knowing how the Hindi feel about their cows, drink milk...
I use and very much enjoy dairy foods, cheese, ice cream (said long and lovingly) and even a few other things, but I can't see them used in that way in India.

As we know we are not expert but i heard Jersey cow gives more milk than other cows so in India you can find number of kind cows.

Because we treated like God for those cows so In India we don't kill those cows but some people do things personally so it is not good for them.

No special cow for giving more milk. I think each cow gives enough milk and milkman can replied to your answer. Your question is really uneasy.

It is a fact that in our country there are many kinds of cows. Our local cows are very strong but they give less milk. On the other hand hybrid cows gives us much milk but the attack of disease is more in case hybrid cows.So if we want to get much milk we should cultivate hybrid cows. We have to more careful for these hybrid cows.

I think you have given wonderful answer here because i came to know that which animals are so active but not give much milk but cows which are hybrid give much milk but chances to affect with diseases.
