hello ajithlal.weight loss pills are only safe when they are being prescribed by a doctor.other than that,it's not.please get advice from doctors.

I think about the only one that is effective is Alli, but apparently that causes uncontrollable diarrhea. I think it is far more effective to reduce what you eat, cut out processed foods and high fat things, eat more fruit and vegetables, lean meats and whole grains. We are such an "instant gratification" society that we forget things like losing weight take time. Think about how long it took to put that weight on.

I do not put a lot of value into the use of weight loss pills, and believe they are not healthy or safe. I think if there were a "safe weight loss pill" more people would be thin instead of overweight. I believe we need a proper combination of good nutrition: fruits, vegetables, whole grain wheat bread, and lean meats as well as a daily routine of exercise. The exercise we practice should last at least twenty minutes a day, and should be cardio combined with some weight lifting. This is by far the safest method of losing weight.

depend on brand is that under tested . i try a lot of type slimming pill before so far got no side effect, but one of a actor in my country he take slimming pill end up he got side effect and getting fatter and fatter is because that medical is not under tested ... so beware of that
