Which is the best PTC site for investing on Refferals.I'm planning to rent or buy some referrals for my PTC sites.Can you suggest me regarding this.Shall i buy them or Just rent them ?

if you wish you can try investing in neobux and nomincashout is also back. they have paid me once and hope they will pay in future as well. you can try as little as $1 in nomincashout or neobux. don't invest big amount in any of the site untill you are sure that they are paying and the referrals are working but my suggestion would be create your direct referrals list.
