I open a facebook page, and i've tried to figure it out but cant...HELP!!!

I mean i can never see my page, is a music page but they give me the option to create several pages and i get so confused, and i have like everything else, myspace, twitter, skype....but somehow facebook seems very weird to me, but it cant be because so many people have it!!! Maybe I started the wrong way....somebody please help...
