There were many ways to make yourself happy from depression. I have my own ways to do so. I can have a long hours sleep, which might help me forget everything that happens before, and after I awoke, I felt refresh. I might hang out with friends, and do some crazy activities, such as play balls, play games, and exhaust myself. I can have a good night sleep. Once again, I got up refresh myself. Or I will find guidance from the books or internet, or from closest friends. Think through it, and you might feel better after all. What is your way to help depression?

Whenever I am depressed, I doodle and sometimes draw anything with crayons in a paper. I also write on my diary on how and why I became depressed. I described what I feel as much as possible. Then after I have finished my diary entry, I read it and will think about what I wrote. If this doesn't seem effective, I visit my plants and talk to them. Then, I'm okay. Maybe because whenever I see my plants, I feel delighted. I just think that I shouldn't be depressed at all because it will not solve anything.

Depression is a cycle, and it's a hard cycle to beat. However, if you learn to recognize the behaviors in the begining of the cycle for yourself, it may be easier to avoid becoming severely depressed. Catching it before it's too far.

There are several things that I do to conquer depression. I try to have the best possible night of sleep, in order to feel as refreshed as I can. Another thing that I do, if I feel like I'm beginning to feel depressed, I'll do something that I enjoy doing. I go read a novel, watch a movie, listen to music, meditate, or something like that. These things usually help me.

For me exercise is one of the best weapons against depression, and I usually try to go for a long walk every day when I start to feel depressed. Walking can't remove my depression completely, but it is definately a help. I didn't believe in it in the beginning, but now I know from experience that walking is useful. There are a couple of other things that I find useful and writing is one of them. Sometimes when I am depressed I don't feel like writing at all, but I try to do it anyway. It has often been a big help for me to write down my thoughts, feelings etc. and it is sometimes easier to recognize my negative thoughts when I write them down.

For me I think the best way to conquer depression is a long and a sound sleep and when you woke up you'll definetely feels fresh then drink water and then after sometime I read a nice book .So in this way good sleep helps me to refresh and good book helps me to forget everything that was disturbing me.
