Is Ganguly did good job as a captin?

I think he did great job for Indian team and he changed more things in the all the corners and he has good leadership but some times he failed his terms and policies especially dealing with team coaches and co players so do you agree he is best person for sports and what about your views.

I think Ganguly did a good job in team India and is also doing a good job in being captain as Pune Warriors. I think Ganguly is one of the best off side players world had ever seen.
