What time of the day do you take your vitamins?

After breakfast, I take my calcium lactate vitamins. It needs plenty of water so that It can be used by my body. So when I took it in the morning, I shoul also intake water from time to time. Then after dinner, I take my vitamin C, so that It can help repair my system while I am sleeping. How about you?

Before I also take vitamins in the morning after eating breakfast as thats whats the practice we know. However, my doctor advised me to take my multi-vitamins at night before sleeping as he said that it can help our body to generate new cells and repair blood cells. I also take Calcium+Vit D together with my multi-vitamins.

Every morning and every night,i must eat vitamin chewable tablets,it seemes become my custom.And,fruits and other nuts can give me more other type of vitamins.If oneday i don`t eat anything above,i must be sleeping all day:)

I take my vitamins right after lunch with plenty of water. It's just a habit to take it after the main meal of the day as having lunch at home is my main meal of the day.

i take vitamins every morning, after breakfast. it'll help a person to be more alert and active for the rest of the day. and another vitamins before going to bed, i think in that way the body will absorb it well.
